Samuel Riley, 96, of Cornelius, died July 23, 2010 at the Clare Bridge Nursing Home in Statesville. He was born on August 21, 1913 in Springfield, MA to the late John and Katherine Riley.

 

Survivors include his daughter Carol Roper and her husband Uwe of Cornelius; grandchildren Michael and Stephen Adamczyk and 6 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife Catherine Martin Riley and grandson Peter.

 

All services will be held in Massachusetts.
